North Fulton Master Gardeners proudly present the Celebration Garden Tour on Saturday, June 3, 2023, in Sandy Springs, GA
The North Fulton Master Gardeners (NFMG) will host our inaugural Celebration Garden Tour on June 3, 2023. “Every Step, A New Delight” is what you will find on this garden tour. Five home gardens of master gardeners in the Sandy Springs area will be on display for the Celebration Garden Tour ticket holders. The tour runs from 10 am to 4 pm, rain or shine. Tickets may be purchased for $22 for adults, including taxes and credit card/ Eventbrite fees. Children under 18 years of age are free. If still available, tickets may be purchased on-site for $25 per ticket. Purchase tickets through Eventbrite at https://bit.ly/GardenTour2023. Information about garden locations and tour information will be sent to all ticket holders with their ticket confirmation.
North Fulton Master Gardeners will be on hand to answer questions and highlight areas of interest in each garden. The gardens can be viewed in any order. Please note that the gardens are not wheelchair accessible or suitable for strollers. Sturdy shoes are suggested. Photography is acceptable for personal use and enjoyment.
The tour includes:
- An array of container gardening
- A traditional “Old South” style garden
- A garden with museum-quality sculptures
- Terraced landscape architecture
- Unique plants and garden designs
- Plein air artists and musicians in the gardens
Proceeds from Garden Tour support gardening education for young children; scholarships for horticulture students; community gardening education classes (https://www.nfmg.net/community…) in North Fulton and beyond; and local demonstration gardens (https://www.nfmg.net/projectga…) maintained by the North Fulton Master Gardeners.
