A Hanukkah love story, read the week after Hanukkah. Eight Ways to Say I Love You follows Shira Levinson and Leo David, friends since childhood, across eight years of the festival, the one night a year they’re always in the same room, and everything that changes between one year and the next.
Amanda Elliot wrote Sadie on a Plate and the bestselling Love You a Latke, and she writes for younger readers as Amanda Panitch. Berkley publishes this one on October 27, so there’s time to get a copy and read it over the festival.
Amanda joins us at eight to take questions for the first twenty minutes or so, and we carry on talking about the book after she goes. The Author’s Table is AIC’s monthly online book club.
It’s free for AIC members at every level, and from this session on it’s members only. You just buy the book.
Membership starts at $72 a year at www.atlantaisrael.org/join.
