Join ADL for a special Southeast regional conversation about the growing exclusion many Jewish and Israeli artists are experiencing. State of the Arts creates a platform to elevate their voices, share their stories and build a community of artists and allies committed to lasting change.

Featuring, Senior Director of the ADL Ratings & Assessments Institute (RAI). RAI rigorously researches and measures antisemitism across key sectors, including arts and culture. We will unpack the initiative, share what ADL is learning and explore how this national work connects to our own communities and local cultural institutions.

State of the Arts is a first-of-its-kind body of research. It documents a systemic pattern of discrimination and antisemitism against Jewish and Israeli artists across museums, entertainment and publishing. It brings together three core reports:

  • Behind the Frame: a scorecard of 40 major art museums
  • Dark Stage: an interactive timeline of incidents across the performing arts and entertainment
  • Missing Chapter: an analysis of trends in the literary world

Refreshments and dessert will be served. This event takes place at a private residence, and the address will be sent upon registration.
