Stopping the Spread of Antisemitism

In the year since October 7, antisemitism has exploded across the United States and the world. Jews have been caught off-guard by more overt and unsubtle expressions of antisemitism in our schools, our places of work, online, and other settings where people gather. As a community, we have found ourselves unprepared for these brazen expressions of prejudice that are often hidden under the guise of anti-Zionism.

This is why we urgently need you to join us for a must-attend interactive education session titled “Stopping the Spread of Antisemitism” on Wednesday, November 20. Together, we will learn about modern-day antisemitism and anti-Zionism and be better prepared to respond and combat it.

During this crucial event, we will:

• Learn about the various expressions of antisemitism in the U.S. today.
• Engage in discussions with your peers to understand the nuances of antisemitism and anti-Zionism and how to combat them.
• Help AJC Atlanta’s Antisemitism Task Force expand its reach across the Metro Atlanta community and fight the noxious rise of antisemitism.

Hear from our esteemed speakers:

• Keith Evans – President, The Westminster Schools
• Dov Wilker – AJC Atlanta Regional Director
• Kevin Abel – Chair of AJC Atlanta’s Antisemitism Task Force

This event is not just an opportunity to learn but a call to action. Your participation is vital in our collective effort to stop the spread of antisemitism.

We look forward to your presence and support in this critical endeavor.
