The evening begins with a community dinner (registration required) and a screening of Israeli filmmaker Ifat Nener Orgad’s acclaimed short film We Have Sinned Before You, an official selection of the 2025 Atlanta Jewish Film Festival.
After the film, a panel discussion with Temple clergy and Dr. Hazel Gold, Past-AJFF Film Evaluation Committee Co-Chair and Associate Professor at Emory University, will explore its themes and their connection to the season of teshuvah.
The evening concludes with a Selichot service and a sweet treat as we enter the High Holy Day season together.
