Outcome Based Program Design

How do you design a program experience that meets the needs of teens from your community? Through this dynamic and experiential session, participants will learn tools for designing programs that keep teens’ needs – and your intended outcomes – in mind. The workshop will support your work in developing Jewish teen programming and mission-aligned goals to ensure success.

Participants will:

• Articulate outcomes that define the change participants will experience
• Identify ways to design programs that enable success
• Understand and design for the full journey of a program participant
