Kabbalah and Calisthenics

Join us for a Kabbalah & Calisthenics women’s only class, designed to nurture both your body and soul. Led by experienced instructors, this class will be a unique blend of fitness and spiritual growth. Our Pound fit classes are music-driven and drumming-inspired workouts, led by KaToya Sumners, while yoga will be taught by the skilled Reyzel Deitsch.

Starting your week off right every Sunday at 9:45 AM. Bring a mat or towel for both classes.
