In all cultures, the heart symbolizes the center of all things physical.  It serves as the focus of movement, life emotion & wisdom.  So how does the connection between our heart, brain and womb affect our physical, psychological, mental and spiritual health? As Jewish women, we will explore how the hear is portrayed in Jewish sacred writings, and what putting more of a focus on our heart can do to bring us greater balance.
