Tradition Kitchens Blintzes with Olga

Olga will be teaching us how to make blintzes!

Olga Zelzburg is Russian-born, Jerusalem & New York educated, Miami-living & loving Jewish educator, mama, foodie, and a storyteller. When she doesn’t work with Jewish students at Hillel, or (together with her husband Igor) parent their two kids and a puppy, Olga enjoys cooking beloved family and friends recipes, and collects stories that inspired them. That’s why the idea of Tradition Kitchens, and the dynamic mother-daughter duo that started it, is so close to her heart.
