Saturday, August 10th at 8:30 pm. Tisha B’Av program: a time commemorating the fall of Jerusalem and the destruction of the Temple. The cause for the Temple’s destruction according to Jewish tradition was harmful and vindictive speech. Ths occasion provides a beautiful conclusion to our Scholar in Residence as we explore how the words we use can overcome hatred and rebuild a broken world.
