Shavuot Yizkor Service

May 18, 2021 Atlanta Free

We are excited to be offering an in-person Shavuot Yizkor Service! Please read below for important information about the registration process.

No individual may attend who has not registered and received confirmation that they have received a spot. Registration alone is not a guarantee of admittance. Spaces are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. The deadline to register is 8 pm on Thursday, May 13. If you receive a spot, you will be notified via email by 2 pm on Friday, May 14.

For this service, we can accommodate up to 45 “pods” of up to four people, and seats are available both on main floor level and the balcony. A pod can be: a single individual, a family, or a group of people with whom you reside or regularly meet. In all cases, only one person should register for the whole pod. We highly recommend that all members get fully vaccinated* as soon as possible so as to limit in-person exposure as much as possible.

Please do not attend if any of the following are true:

  • You are sick
  • You have felt sick in the past two weeks
  • You have been in close proximity with someone with COVID-19 symptoms and/or someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past two weeks and is not yet fully vaccinated
  • You are caring for a family member or living with someone who has currently contracted COVID-19 or displaying symptoms thereof
  • You have been asked to self-isolate

If you have any questions or need assistance filling out this form, please contact Jackie Nix at 404.603.5743.

*To be fully vaccinated means you have received ALL doses of the vaccine AND have waited two weeks for the vaccine to take effect. (If the vaccine you received requires two doses, you aren’t considered fully vaccinated until two weeks after the second dose.)
