Rosh Hashanah Morning: Shacharit and Torah Service
Our Rosh Hashanah morning service will be rooted in CBH’s familiar High Holy Day prayer structure, led by Spiritual Leader Rebekka Goldsmith and Rabbi Joshua Lesser, with Chorus Director Will Robertson, Brad Davidorf, and the CBH Chorus and band.This service will offer a fuller encounter with the liturgy of the day, including Shacharit, Torah reading, music, reflection, and communal prayer. Together, we will enter the central themes of Rosh Hashanah: awakening, judgment and compassion, memory, possibility, and the sacred work of beginning again.For those who are drawn to CBH’s more traditional High Holy Day rhythm, this service will offer a meaningful way to pray, listen, sing, and be held in community as we welcome 5787.A simple kiddish oneg will follow.
