Join us in honoring the memories of those we lost, praying for those we are missing, and holding each other as we honor the grief this day carries for us all.
Dr. Guila Benchimol, a researcher, educator, and victim advocate, will teach about the complicated nature of the trauma of October 7th and how it has impacted each of us differently. There are so many layers to the loss and grief of October 7th – and each emotion, each response needs and deserves its own tending.
Yael Bendat-Appell will join us to share the story of her cousin Adi z”l, who was killed on October 7th after saving her two sons, her father, and her husband.
And SVIVAH’s Rabbanit Dalia Davis, will bring her tissues and tefillot (prayers). Because we need them both.
