Renewing the Soul: Finding Inner Peace and Purpose During the High Holidays

This Lunch N Learn will explore how the High Holidays provide a powerful opportunity for spiritual renewal and resilience, especially in the wake of this very challenging year.

We will focus on the themes of teshuvah (return), tefillah (prayer), and tzedakah (acts of lovingkindness) as essential tools for personal and communal growth, even during challenging times. Through mindfulness, meditation, and reflection on these themes, participants will be guided on an inner journey to find peace and renewed purpose. By framing the High Holidays as a time to rebuild and reconnect with Judaism and community, the class will offer a positive and uplifting perspective on finding hope and meaning in the year ahead.
