The Daffodil Dash

April 2, 2017

The Daffodil Dash is a 5K & 1K Run/Walk in memory of the 1.5 million children who perished in the Holocaust. This race is organized by the Am Yisrael Chai Teen Initiative and raises awareness and funds for Holocaust Education and for children suffering in humanitarian crises in the world today. Proceeds benefit Am Yisrael Chai!, a non-profit Holocaust Education and Awareness organization, as well as “Kids for Kids”, “Raising South Sudan”, and “Agahozo Shalom”, organizations helping children and families in remote villages in Darfur, South Sudan and Rwanda. The race takes place on Sunday, April 2, 2017 and starts and ends in Brook Run Park, Dunwoody. A Holocaust Survivor speaker and a refugee from South Sudan, will bring messages of hope, survival, and the importance of tolerance.
