Selichot marks the time when we anticipate the High Holy Days and the heshbon hanefesh – the time we take stock of our souls. We open our hearts to the possibility of the new year, and meditate on the past twelve months. This year, we open our hearts together in the safety of our homes, with a shared virtual Selichot service. Beautiful poetry, prayers and songs will help all of us begin the journey of reflection and preparation for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. Together, the clergy from Temple Beth Tikvah, Dor Tamid and Kehillat Chaim will combine to offer insights and melody, meditation and inspiration, to help all on the road towards forgiveness and wholeness.
