Making Advance Care Easier with a Georgia POLST

Bereavement Navigators will educate us about the little-known Georgia POLST, how it differs from the Georgia Advance Directive for Health Care, and why everyone needs both documents. The presentation will focus on “why it is always too soon until it is too late” to complete these documents long before one cannot speak for themself, because of incapacity or becomes gravely ill.
