Walk & Roll for Rescue

This race is raising awareness and funds for Waggy World Paw Park (the Host site, inside Will’s Park, Alpharetta, GA) and Throw Away Dog Project, a 501c3 charity that rescues dogs from high-kill shelters and trains them to be Police Dogs or Military Dogs.

This unique race allows you to spend a fun afternoon with your pet and meet other interesting Pet Parents in GA.  Once the race is out of the way, then you can sit back and enjoy a “Picnic in the Park” with the local vendors, tasty food trucks and all the park has to offer for fun!
** News Update ** Throw Away Dogs Project is working with the Alpharetta Police Department to get a new K9 Officer!  Lets show up to support our police.
 

This event is Sunday, October 14, 2018 from 2 to 6, rain or shine.   Meet everyone at Waggy World Paw Park inside Wills Park, 11925 Wills Road, Alpharetta, GA 30009.  Alternative address is 175 Roswell Street, Alpharetta, GA 30009 and walk behind the Alpharetta Community Center.  Our schedule is:

• 2 to 230 Registration
• 230 to 330 Race Time, Contest and Prizes
• 330 to 6 Picnic in the Park- Time to Eat, Meet Vendors and Guests
