Powerful Tools for Caregivers

This program helps family caregivers reduce stress, improve self-confidence, learn different ways to communicate, and increase ability to make tough decisions. Interactive lessons, discussions, and brainstorming will help you use the tools and put them into action for your life. Classes consist of six in-person sessions held once a week. Participants must commit to attending all six sessions.
