March for Our Lives

The Temple’s Rothschild Social Justice Institute invites you to join us to march in solidarity behind our banner on Saturday, March 24 to raise our voices for safety from gun violence for our children, our communities and our nation at the Atlanta March for Our Lives.  Please arrive at the Temple before 9:00 am when we will head to the Arts Center MARTA Station (about ½ mile) and exit at Peachtree Center for a downhill walk, and cross Centennial Park to meet up with other reform congregations and NFTY youth at the Hilton Garden Inn. We will then join the March which will end in a rally at Liberty Plaza across from the Georgia Capitol.  (The Georgia State MARTA Station is directly across the street from the Plaza for a convenient exit.) If you prefer, take Uber or Lyft and meet us at the hotel on the corner of Baker & Luckie Streets. There will be a youth led Shabbat service inside, and details and registration are forthcoming.
