She’s performed at the White House five times, Carnegie Hall, the Lincoln Center and Tanglewood. And now, she’s coming to North Atlanta’s Temple Emanu-El. Widely acclaimed and multi-talented singer/songwriter Elana Arian is this year’s Temple Emanu-El’s Katz Family artist in residence the weekend beginning February 23, 2018. On Saturday, the 24th, she will perform in a concert open to the public.
A high-in-demand composer and recording artist, Ms. Arian also is a skilled musician with proficiency in violin, mandolin, and jazz guitar. Her musical influences range from Mozart to Joni Mitchell with a wide variety of artists in between.
Equally comfortable with Jewish and secular music, Ms. Arian will participate in Friday evening religious services, and hold her public concert 7:30PM, Saturday February 24, followed by dessert meet and greet with Elana. Temple Emanu-El is located at 1580 Spalding Drive in Sandy Springs.
The February 24 concert is free to attend but registration is required.
