Jewish-Latino Film Series

Hot on the heels of the Atlanta Jewish Film Festival, Congregation Or Hadash in Sandy Springs is delighted to present the second of its annual Jewish-Latino Film Series (Cine Latino Judio) the week of March 31-April 6th. The series, open to the general public, showcases five fantastic films from Latin America, concluding with last year’s AJFF’s closing night acclaimed film, The Last Suit. If you missed it in 2018, this is your chance to see it!

Guest speakers will introduce each film and provide additional historical context. Or Hadash’s husband-and-wife (and native Argentinean) team of Rabbi Mario Karpuj and Rabbi Dr. Analia Bortz will be on hand after each film to moderate Q & A’s and share their personal reflections.
