College Hill Singers Spring Tour

The Hamilton College Hill Singers, a 24-member choir, is directed by Danan Tsan, interim assistant professor of music and director of choral activities at Hamilton.

This year’s program will include music from the western cannon and around the world including Cum Sancto Spiritu by Hyo-Won Woo (Korea); Norwegian Alleluia by Kim Andre Arneson (Norway); Sleepsong by Rolf Lovland, arranged by Desmond Earley (Ireland); Daemon Irrepit Callidus by György Orbán (Hungary); and Earth Blessing by J David Moore (American Indian); among others.

Originally founded in 1793 as the Hamilton-Oneida Academy, Hamilton College occupies a 1,350-acre hilltop campus overlooking the New England-style Village of Clinton, New York, and in close proximity to the Adirondack Park. The College’s open curriculum gives students the freedom to shape their own liberal arts education within a research- and writing-intensive framework.
