You are cordially invited to attend a free SPRING CONCERT by the CALLANWOLDE CONCERT BAND on Sunday, March 31, 2019, at 3:00 pm, in Heritage Hall, Congregation Beth Jacob Synagogue, 1855 Lavista Road, Atlanta, Ga. 30329. Conductor/Music Director Glenn Moore will be joined by Assistant Conductors Kurt Wackerly and Stan Kramer.
The Band, a 65 member community volunteer group formed in 1972, is Dekalb County’s premier symphonic wind ensemble. It is a registered 501
(c-3) charitable organization. Admission is FREE, no charge. Your donation to support the Band is gratefully accepted and appreciated.
The program theme is “A Musical Passport to Europe”. Among the works featured are: The Italian in Algiers, by Rossini; British 8th, by Elliott; American in Paris, by Gershwin; Water Music Suite, by Handel; Irish Tune From County Derry, by Grainger, and more.
