AJOCC - Atlanta Jews of Color Council
AJOCC is a Jewish women of color owned and led non-profit that provides DEI consulting, education, and community building to advance racial equity, affirmation and empowerment across the South. We provide the framework and tools needed for leading your organization towards a more equitable and racially conscious future. AJOCC believes JOC have the local nuanced knowledge to be the experts of their own narrative. Our voices should be amplified as leaders to drive diversity policy, equitable representation, philanthropic endeavors, and powerful initiatives in and beyond mainstream Jewish communal spaces. We seek to build an inclusive, vibrant community where JOC in the southeastern region of the United States can feel welcomed and empowered; which will inturn build a more equitable future for us all.
