Kathy Feeney Armistead founded the 501c3 Feeney Legacy Project in memory of her son, Feeney, whose death could have been avoided had 911 been called immediately. April 13, 2022, Feeney went into cardiac arrest and tragically the friend he was with did not call 911.
The Feeney Legacy Project educates kids and adults, ages 13-45, that when with someone in medical crisis Call 911 immediately and KNOW the caller has legal protection provided by The Good Samaritan Law and the Georgia 9-1-1 Medical Amnesty Law–LIFE over LAW.
