Wisdom Pairings (at Scofflaw at The Works OR virtual)

Federation believes in the power of relationships, so our Innovation team launched Wisdom Pairings, an intentional community for personal connection and professional growth, approximately 3 years ago. Whether you consider yourself to be a mentor, a mentee, or perhaps somewhere in between, you will find emerging and experienced professionals ready to share their stories and listen as well. At Wisdom Pairings, we are all inspired to build stronger networks and create a deeper sense of belonging. Curated Pairings at the event will take place based on the intersections of shared passions, expertise, life journeys and interests.

Starting this year, Federation Innovation is partnering with Career Up Now, a national community that empowers emerging professionals to advance in their careers while incorporating universal Jewish values into their lives. We are thrilled to work with a like-minded and creative partner to better serve this growing Wisdom Pairings family.

This event will be our first in-person gathering since the start of the global pandemic. We encourage in-person participation where local health guidelines will be followed.
