Women’s Caucus for Art GA/ Art+Activism’s One Earth/One Chance Art Exhibition with 100+Artists United to end Global Warming and Scientific Panel Program

How does artwork connect with scientific research to inform the community about Global Warming, and inspire the community to take  useful action to help turn it around? Women’s Caucus for Art GA/Art+Activism, has partnered with scientists from our community and 100+artists to explore the existential threat of Global Warming and to collaborate so that pathways to resources and actions can be initiated.

 

Exhibition Dates: 2/19-3/30

 

Art Exhibition Opening: 2/19 from 6-9 pm

 

Expert Scientist Panel: 3/12 from 7-9 pm (AJC Climate Writer, Nedra Rhone will facilitate panel. Panelists: Dr. Kim Cobb, Earth Sciences at GA Tech; Dr. Katherine Wilkinson, lead author project, DrawDown; Dr. Andrea Pinabell, President Southface Institute, Atlanta; Dr. Pamela Gore, Earth Sciences GSU Perimeter, Clarkston).
