TE Talks – “Voting In A Polarized Era” – The Outlook for the 2018 Midterm Elections

Is the political complexion in Georgia transitioning from red to blue? What can we expect in this year’s mid-terms, especially with President Donald J. Trump occupying the White House?

Will Democrats follow the trend of other off-year elections and as the “out-party” make legislative gains, or will Republicans hold their majorities? What’s the research telling us that will influence your vote?

You can be among the first to hear early predictions on how the electoral winds are blowing in Georgia as North Atlanta’s Temple Emanu-El’s continues its annual “TE TALKS” series, Thursday, February 22nd, as acclaimed Emory University Political Science Professor Alan Abramowitz pronounces his much-anticipated forecast on this election year.

Prof. Abramowitz, the Alben W. Barkley Chair in Political Science at Emory for over two decades, is recognized by both local and national media for his expertise in accurately surveying the political landscape, analyzing polling and forecasting elections.

The program will feature a 30-minute of presentation by Professor Abramowitz followed by Q&A with his audience.
