#SHOWUPFORSHABBAT #SOLIDARITYSHABBAT

This coming weekend (November 2-3), the aftermath of the worst act of anti-Semitism on American soil will be met with a tremendous act of solidarity. Please join our Atlanta Jewish community in Solidarity Shabbat, a national effort to mobilize Jews and non-Jews and fill our synagogues! Together, in our houses of worship, we will stand with the Pittsburgh community and demonstrate our condemnation of hatred and anti-Semitism in a massive display of pride and unity. Solidarity Shabbat invites people from all geographies, all denominations and all faiths to show that we are stronger than hate. Our Atlanta community will be participating in full force both at Friday night services and Shabbat morning services. More details about Solidarity Shabbat will be coming this week. You can also check the Atlanta Jewish Connector’s directory of synagogues, and follow up to see who is participating. Let’s all show up for Shabbat and reaffirm our ties to each other and to the Jewish values we cherish.
