Panel: What has COVID done to our Jewish community?

January 30, 2021 Free

Join us for a virtual discussion of how COVID-19 is changing the way we learn, pray, and live our lives as Conservative Jews.
The discussion will be led by a panel of Jewish leaders:
– Jill Mainzer, director of the Early Childhood Program at Atlanta Jewish Academy
– Rabbi Mark Zimmerman, rabbi of Congregation Beth Shalom
– Arielle Yacker, senior JTS student
All members of our panel have studied at Jewish Theological Seminary (JTS) in New York.
This event is dedicated to the Torah Fund Campaign of Women’s League for Conservative Judaism, which supports scholarships and programming at the five Conservative/Masorti Institutes of higher Jewish learning. Your contribution will help ensure our legacy to future generations of Conservative Jews by supporting the education of future rabbis, cantors, educators, lay leaders and more.
Please consider a donation of any amount to the B’Yachad campaign for Torah Fund. Online donations may be made here.
Donors of $180 or more will receive a beautiful B’Yachad pin as a gift from Torah Fund.
The meeting will be held on Zoom.
