Matzah at the Museum – Passover @ The Children’s Museum

Families with children are invited to the Children’s Museum of Atlanta for a full afternoon of Passover-themed art, music, science, and reading activities! Children will visit craft stations, participate in activities, and learn about Passover, the holiday of freedom and liberation. People of all faiths and backgounds are invited.
 

SCHEDULE

ART STUDIO PROJECT
11:00am – 3:00pm
Children will make frog paper plate characters.

BUILD IT LAB PROJECT
11:00am – 4:00pm
Children will measure and build an Egyptian pyramid!

PASSOVER CRAFT STATIONS
12:00 – 3:00pm
Children will visit various craft stations hosted by our community partners

RABBI G PASSOVER SHOWS
12:00 and 2:00pm
Children will dance and sing along to classic and new Passover songs

SUPER SPECTACULAR SCIENCE SHOW
2:00pm
Professor Labcoat shares a fascinating science demonstration

EAT A GEORGIA RAINBOW
3:00pm
Participants will make the traditional dish, charoset, made of chopped apples and cinnamon!
