KnowlEdgewise Speaker Series: Neil Shulman

Neil Shulman is currently an Associate Professor at the Emory University School of Medicine and also speaks, researches, and creates applications to promote medical literacy. Shulman is a published author and has had a second career in film, TV, and comedy. He was an associate producer on the film, Doc Hollywood, and wrote the novel it was based on. Shulman was a producer and actor of the independent movie, Who Nose, which won an award at the Georgia Film Festival and on which he also met his wife. He has numerous other film, TV, and live stage credits, and plans to produce two upcoming movies in Georgia. The topic of his presentation will be My Hollywood Career in Georgia and the History of Doc Hollywood.
