Encountering challenges and interpersonal conflict in life is part of the human condition. Using Jewish teachings, we will practice meeting each moment with an open heart and mind. You will develop practices of noticing your experience, your thoughts, and your emotions while being more in touch with your body. Together, we will explore techniques to create a sustainable, ongoing mindfulness meditation practice. This 6-week class is for beginners as well as experienced meditators who want to refresh the fundamentals of their practice.
