J-CREN 2024 Winter Event

Join us for networking, drinks, appetizers, and a tour of Midtown’s hottest new mixed-use development, 1105 West Peachtree.  The award-winning project, developed and owned by Selig Enterprises, delivered in third quarter of 2021 and is comprised of three towers – a 670,000 sq ft office tower (Google’s southeastern headquarters), a 64 unit luxury condominium tower, and a 178 key, full-service Marriott Autograph Collection hotel.

Chris Ahrenkiel, Executive Vice President of Selig Enterprises, will give a brief presentation of how the project came about followed by an optional tour.
