Hadassah Ketura Cooking Syrian and Mexican with Margot Alfie

Margot Alfie is the granddaughter of Syrian emigrants to Mexico. Her parents are the first generation Syrian Jews born in Mexico. Sometimes the family had a Syrian meal and sometimes a Mexican meal. At other times, there was a fusion of the two, which was absolutely delicious. Margot was born in Mexico City and moved to the United States in 1990. She started her business “Cooking with Margot” almost ten years ago mainly because of her love for cooking.
