Ahavath Achim Synagogue, in collaboration with the Jewish Bar Association (J-Bar), invites you to a powerful discussion on combating antisemitism and hate crimes with leading legal and advocacy experts. This event will explore legislative efforts, statistical trends, and actionable steps to address hate and antisemitism in our communities.

Moderated by Judge Stacey Hydrick, the panel includes:

  • Rep. Esther Panitch will provide insights on Georgia’s antisemitism bill and legislation impacting marginalized groups.
  • Eytan Davidson (ADL) will provide a data-driven analysis of antisemitism and hate crimes in the Southeast, discuss Georgia’s hate crime bill, and address emerging extremist threats through ADL’s advocacy and Center on Extremism.
  • Brent Gray (USDOJ) will provide an overview of federal hate crime laws, successful prosecutions, and national trends.

The evening will conclude with a call-to-action panel discussion and a moderated Q&A session, providing attendees with meaningful ways to combat antisemitism and hate. This conversation is more crucial than ever. Don’t miss this opportunity to engage, learn, and take action!
