Shalom (welcome) to the newest members of the tribe. JBaby is here to provide a space for connection and support in the early days, weeks, or months with the newest addition to your family. JBaby offers a safe space to share your journey, ask questions, and build friendships with other parents who understand what you’re going through. From sleepless nights to those precious first smiles, we’re here to celebrate the highs and support each other through the lows of early parenthood.
In this casual group setting, you’ll receive personalized advice and guidance. Parents will be supported by a Perinatal Specialist, an Occupational Therapist, Mental Health Therapist, and Jewish Educator. Our experts will cover topics such as newborn care, breastfeeding support, sleep strategies, managing stress, tummy time, baby development and more. In this series, information will be shared but not pushed so that parents can decide what works best for their family. Whether you’re a first-time parent or adding to your family, we can’t wait to say ‘Shalom’ to you and your little one!
*This series is facilitated by a Perinatal Educator who is a Nurse, Lactation Consultant, Moms On Call trained sleep consultant, and expert in all things maternal postpartum care and baby childcare.
