Awareness, Acceptance and Inclusion Shabbat

Congregation Beth Shalom invites everyone to celebrate awareness, acceptance, and inclusion on Saturday February 22nd.

During our Shabbat service, we are inviting members of our community with disabilities to participate in the service with honors, etc. The d’var torah will be about disability and inclusion. This year, our speaker will be Rebecca Cheskes, who will be sharing how she put together a Bat Mitzvah for her AAC-using daughter.

After the service, we welcome all to join us for a shabbat afternoon lunch.
