
Food 101 and Jenny Levinson, founder of Souper Jenny, are partnering for An Ode to Israeli Cuisine. Guests will enjoy traditional Israeli fare inspired by the book “Zahav: A World of Israeli Cooking.” The cookbook was written by James Beard Outstanding Chef of 2017 Michael Solomonov and was named James Beard Book of the Year and Best International Cookbook of 2016. The dinner features lamb shashlik with pistachio tahini, green beans, beluga lentils, Mushrooms, garlic chips, Persian rice, roasted eggplant, yogurt, pomegranate, summer tomato salad, Michael Solomonov’s chocolate almond situation and much more.
