Across the Divide: Examining Israel Engagement

September 5, 2019 Atlanta Free
across the divide

Too much bickering, too little listening. That’s today’s conversation about Israel. This event is designed to change that reality by bringing together important voices representing the upcoming generation of American Jewry to examine the various perspectives on Israel, and highlight how younger Jews approach Israel differently from the older generation. Please join the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta, Israel Policy Forum and the ADL as we present a panel featuring:

Michael Koplow, Policy Director at the Israel Policy Forum

Karol Markowicz, Columnist at the New York Post

Batya Ungar-Sargon, Opinion Editor at the Forward

The event will be moderated by Dr. Kenneth Stein, President of the Center for Israel Education

Event co-sponsors include AJC Atlanta, the Atlanta Rabbinical Association, and the Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC) of Atlanta.

Join us after our panel to continue the conversation with fellow Atlanta young professionals in their 20s/30s. In addition to networking and socializing, we’ll also collectively address themes and questions from the evening’s keynote discussion. Refreshments will be served.
